Hi, I’m Deb, a former corporate leader turned creative chaos-tamer.
After 20 years in insurance and banking, I swapped the boardroom for a glue gun and built a business around vintage skills, sustainable workshops, and helping people rediscover the joy of making.
I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by to-do lists, tech tangles, and the pressure to do it all yourself. I also know the magic that happens when creative business owners stop suffering in silence and start supporting each other.
That’s why I built The Swap Shop, a barter-based membership where creatives trade skills, cheer each other on, and actually get stuff done.
No hustle culture. No guru vibes. Just a big-hearted community of clever humans working together to grow sustainable businesses (and have a few laughs along the way).
I believe in collaboration over competition, progress over perfection, and finding the fun again in the businesses we’ve built from scratch.
